    I don’t know why this makes me irrationally angry. It’s just a meme. Maybe it’s because I have a kid. The “parent” instinct is fuckin’ strong.

      I know why. It’s because that kid is on the goddamn escalator again.

      Not a year goes by, not a year, that I don’t hear about some escalator accident involving some bastard kid which could have easily been avoided had some parent - I don’t care which one - but some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator.

        Probably a case of too much empathy for this imaginary kid. I imagined it play out for real in my head. I gotta stop that.
