European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has directly addressed the EU’s consideration of further sanctions against Iran.
Iran is currently subject to a crushing sanctions regime imposed by European countries as well as the US and Canada. Many analysts attributed Iran’s current economic crisis, the initial cause of the widespread protests in the country, to the weight of those sanctions.

Where are the sanctions on the US? Where are the sanctions on Israel?
This is just weaponizing human rights for hegemony.
Meanwhile the German police viciously beat anti-genocide protestors, the British government jails protestors against Israeli arms exports without charges and watches held protestors starve away, the Hungarian government drifts onwards towards full blown fascism, and citizens across the EU are voting for the far right because they can no longer afford the basics in life
