I don’t know much about Portugese politics, but I imagine it would depend on what style of right-wingers they are. They may be anti-mask troglodytes, in which case no problem, masks are banned and good luck everybody. Or they may be just bigoted troglodytes, in which case the law will be selectively enforced according to their prejudices.
