- Bebop: Sticky Bomb stacks no longer decrease on death
- Bebop: Sticky Bomb now gives stacks based on dying heroes hurt by Sticky Bomb damage with a 12 second buffer (previously anyone hit by the bomb would automatically grant stacks)
- Bebop: Sticky Bomb damage per stack increased from 3% to 5%

This play test gets better support and balancing than 99% of online games. As someone that used to play Overwatch, I’m all for it.
Feel like this is a better way for bebops stacks to work. Don’t lose them on death but you only get them if you damage a hero that dies. No more just spamming them on minions.
