I would also love to point out that KLOP is the horse version and it’s really something.
But my favorite Foddy game has always been GIRP, which is a climbing game that’ll test your keyboard :3

This feels like a little Hollowknight OC, I love them. Hello Greenpath bestie

I was building myself a new computer from scratch and I had a friend whose laptop I would borrow on occasion that had win 11 on it.
Knowing how bad win11 was and knowing I’d have to pay yet another $100+ to be graced with the garbage on my system, I decided to partition an old laptop and play around on mint for a minute. The rest, they say, is history.

I went to a smaller university, which is somehow worse that University of [State]. Maybe Ivy League vs not matters to some boy’s clubs, but honestly it’s not the piece of paper that matters, it’s how you use your time during your education.
I’m not going to say I’m a paragon saint of schooling, I hardly went to a lot of my classes and I cheesed through my calc class by just using Patrick JMT on YouTube to understand how to do my homework. BUT I did pay attention in my main courses and applied for tons of internships when I had enough knowledge under my belt. After my first internship ended, I was personally recommended by my prof for two more, and he tried to hook me up with a job after I got my degree.
A little effort goes a long way. And being honest about your abilities goes a long way, too. Saying hey prof, I just can’t understand this concept, can I come over during office hours will get you plenty of points in their favor typically.
So, yea, tl;Dr it’s not the school you go to, it’s how you use it.

I work 4x10s. My typical schedule is Tuesday -Friday 7-5:30 (unpaid, forced lunch). But I tend to jump my days around to take advantage of holidays and get 4 day weekends whenever possible.

In no order.

Mushishi is my favorite show to watch when I’m sad or bleh. I have the intro song favorited on my playlist too. It’s called the Sore Feet Song and it’s weird and wonderful

I see you grew up in the 90s

Woohoo! Rhythm Heaven won’t be gated by the Switch 2. A shocking development, but one I’m happy for

Fingers for eyelashes or eyelashes for fingers?
Urp

I’m kinda a normie. It’d be nice to have all my own stuff, but the thought of it all is enough of a road block for my AuDHD to not want to try. 🤷
I have Spotify and HBO right now. My ex pays for the Hulu and Disney I sometimes bum off of, as well as Prime. They also paid for Netflix but I don’t bother with that one.

I fully agree.
I bought like a $400-600 Costco mattress because one of my friends has one that’s super comfy. But it’s only been two ish years and I’m ready for something new.
To be fair, i think I did get my money’s worth.

Booker gets yelled at a lot so he very much knows his name well. He also knows Book or BookBookBookBook.
Hollow on the other hand does get called by his name, but he couldn’t care less. They both do get called several nicknames as well.

This was gonna be my answer too. That one was tough

I guess it really earns that murderhorse

No way!? That’s insane. Wow. Wow. Thanks for this fact

Don’t @ me, but I soak in the drama of Best of Redditor Updates and the fediverse isn’t quite suited to sagas like that yet.
But the guy who needed to not shit for 3 days made it over there. So that feels pretty noteworthy.

Where the Water Tastes Like Wine
It’s a walking simulator with a lot of talking and a mechanic I didn’t understand. I couldn’t get into the actual game. I had found the soundtrack first and gosh it’s gorgeous. Great folk music.
I recommend the Vagrant Song, the deep south version
Happy birthday!
I was in high school and honestly having a great time. My friend group was pretty solid, I remember having a decent bunch of fun classes, and that was the first year I had a cell phone. Having a phone and a friend with a car meant that I was granted a lot more freedom.
My friend with the car would pick me up at 6am on the weekends and sometimes on school days and we’d go snowboarding, pushing each other to be better and to have fun. We did a lot together besides just that, and I spent a lot of time at her place, which was nice to get away from mine.
It was a good time :) I hope your teen years haven’t been too fraught with all that is happening in the world and you’re able to have your own freedoms and fun
