There are NO things that should not be joked about. Humour in all its diversity (sarcasm and satire included) is an extremely important tool of social analysis of the situation.

The important part isn’t what should be joked about, it’s how it should be joked about. Anything can be funny, anything can also be taken too far.
From my experience: I’m sure the best holocaust jokes were lost in crematorium smoke. So it’s fine.
