They move into an area. Buy up all the hospitals and clinics they can. Close all of them that they can to force traffic into as few hospitals as possible. Run them understaffed and charge inflated prices. Shit should be illegal. And would be in pretty much any half developed country.
Hospitals want patients out as soon as possible so they can get another patient in the room and make more money.
Doctors don’t run the hospitals in America, capitalists do.
