Russia has enough land they want Ukraine to be a non-NATO, neutral buffer state. It’s scary because if they can’t do that it seems they’re fine with making it a wasteland to achieve their desired buffer.
I don’t believe they will. Why would Russia nuke lands it wants to claim for itself?
