they’re not “sensing” trumps mood, they started bombing inside russia when america cut off weapon shipments for a bit and they no longer had an agreement to upholdBombing inside Russia, and bombing refineries is not the same event.
They started bombing air defenses and military complexes way before.
Also the operation spiderweb was very significant, and took out key Russian airplanes.
And this was all before they attacked refineries, because as I mentioned, USA had asked them not to do so.
