Is compressed air the best way to clean my pc that I consider dusting once every 2 years?

I use a combo of air and a soft car detail brush to loosen anything stuck. Then blow it all out.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
