US digital news outlet Axios, citing a draft document it has obtained and confirmations from Ukrainian and US officials, has reported details of a 28-point "peace plan" drawn up by President Donald Trump's administration, under which Ukraine would have to give up part of its territory, limit the size of its armed forces and enshrine in its Constitution a commitment never to join the North Atlantic Alliance.
They have been struggling to hold Pokrovsk, which has been considered a stronghold of theirs in the east.
