We did it lemmy!
I had to google “Ozempic face” because I’ve apparently been living under a rock.
In case anyone else was under a rock…
From Cleveland Clinic:

It’s worth noting that Ozempic face is a side effect of rapid weight loss, not a side effect of Ozempic.
Was going to quote just that, from the same article:
‘Ozempic face’ isn’t a side effect of the medication itself. Rather, it’s a side effect of the rapid weight loss the medication can bring.
Oh wait, I did anyway.
people were pointing out the cast of “wicked” , said they were all on GLP-1.
Thank you for saving me from searching it up.
TIL about ozenpic face being what happens when you lose weight and the skin doesn’t tighten up after removing the excess
I had a buddy I went to college with who I saw 4-5 years later who lost like 300+ sounds and looked like that. Well before ozenpic.
it’s just the effect of sudden weight loss.
Is this any different from how one starts to look as they grow older in age?
Thank you
That is 2 words (or 3 depending how you count the abbreviation). You’d think a dictionary could get that right.
Fun fact: linguists don’t actually know what defines a “word”
Why is this downvoted, it’s actually a real thing
Linguists struggle to find an exact definition of what a word is because speakers of different languages have different opinions of what a word is, and some languages make the distinction unclear
Neither of those are 1 word. At least hyphen them to pretend they’re one word.
Personally I think it should have been six seven
