Who was an embodiment of the quote above.

Its also parroted by the left because we can see the corporate backers funding the various politicians.
Citizens United was the greatest coup the ruling class could have gotten (before social media anyway), and its made it trivial to corrupt our politicians. And we can see how stances change or how there’s always juuuuuust enough politicians to vote for some horrible bill to pass or kill a bill good for the people. Its kinda sad how many people don’t see this.

“Trump, Old Fuck, Rants Incoherently About Some Random Topic” is one of the most tiring headlines.

I just think you should pay more attention to your spelling if you’re going to do so. It makes you look foolish.
Thank you for admitting you completely missed the sarcastic mocking. You could have saved us all some time by not protecting your ego from the start.
Anyway, I’m done explaining this to you. Buh-bye.
Good, saves me the trouble of breaking out the crayons to help you understand the point you’re ignoring.

Of course you did, which is why you chose to attack my intellect and spelling* instead of addressing what I’m mocking.
It’s ok if people make fun of things you like, that doesn’t mean they’re dumb or anything. Assuming people are dumb for making fun of people who have fallen for the scam for over a decade says more about your intellect than mine.

Learn to recognize mocking sarcasm before you make dumb comments on the Internet

That would require a backbone not seen in democrats in generations. I’d bet money on him being a free man and never seeing the inside of a cell.

Inb4 “Salesforce CEO: No one wants to work (for us) anymore!”

I don’t think directly political or news posts should be allowed, but I don’t see an issue with allowing them (* the rest of the examples). Like someone else (@Firey@lemmy.dbzer0.com) said, make people have to tag that stuff so the complainers can filter out what they don’t want to see.
I do it all the time for shit I get sick of, and forcing tags means people can filter out their annoyances.

I really like that idea, it can make both sides happy
Saying “memes aren’t memes” is a meme in itself.

Damn, that sucks. And it probably isn’t the best that my first thought was the old joke about falling off the guard tower…

Wait… Store Citizen has a plan???

Yeah, but ED is a full game, not some decade old alpha scam that has no actual plan and is a living definition of scope creep and customer milking.
I really wanted to get into Store Citizen back in the early 2010s, but thankfully I clocked the grift early before I put any time or money into it.

Average Store Citizen player

We just need to buy another ship guise, they’re so close to release!
It hasn’t. It works using a rotating shaft and an adjustable/non fixed flap. As the shaft turns, it moves the flap and food falls into the feeding bowl.
I have 0 complaints about them, other than it doesn’t tell me when the food is low, but that’s not even close to a feature it offers.

Oh, I know. I’m just amused at the irony over Cali getting hoodwinked by the Simpsons monorail salesman and that what it stopped was basically what the Simpsons guy was selling, only real.
At least what the monorail guy was selling seemed legit, hyperloop was dumb from the start (lengthy tubes under vacuum that are big enough to put a vehicle through?) and felt like people were cashing in on not having public transportation you shared with other people.
All good, that was more a recommendation that was supposed to be at the top level
Glad you’re happy with your setup tho!

One would hope. But given we’ve seen CAN bus attacks over basic radios, I wish I could say I was confident they’ve taken those basic precautions. Car hacking is one of those topics that can keep you up at night when you think about how lax some manufacturers are to save a buck.
Agreed. I spent a bit of time writing out a script for similar functionality for one of our business units, but I never was able to figure out how to convert excel sheets to a PDF to be able to merge them in the allotted time, so it just doesn’t support them lol.
But I can see why it wouldn’t have an API, since the whole deal is it stays in your browser, and an API would mean sending the files to the server.
