      If I am not mixing Nintendo with another company, they basically allow you one refund, without asking anything, and not more.

      Also, you should never chargeback, because they ban you (this is also true for Sony).

        I know the chargeback thing, and i’ll never do it, even less for 6.29€ ahah

        They asked me for the receipt, account email and the reason. I’ll update here if I have some news
