Putin is insane, that’s all there is to it now, he is delusional to a degree that makes him outright insane.
Except of course if he knows he is lying, and also knows he can’t admit it, because it will be his death.
In that case he is probably insanely scared for his life.

It was a good parade, if you’re into brass bands. There wasn’t much else to see.
