Mostly an aside, but I just watched the trailer and whoo boy have they not learned the lessons they should’ve since Endgame. That shit looks like hot garbage.
The Avengers: Retcon isn’t interesting to you? Undoing the sacrifices and earned deaths/retirements of beloved characters to bring them back in a desperate attempt to sell tickets isn’t good storytelling you you? Bringing in a bunch of unknown randos and treating them like they’ve been part of the team since the beginning doesn’t sound like a good movie? Giving them a massive cast with absolutely no room for character development doesn’t seem like a good time??
I was vaguely interested in the X-men finally showing up. It looks like most of the action is going to be the generalized, plotless action of the more recent movies.
