I doubt this will take off like, say, GlassDoor, but if it catches on, could be an interesting resource to make oneself feel better. Orders of magnitude more data are needed for this to be useful.

    I was going to write “this depends on the ATS used” but I thought that was a safe assumption. Seems not so!

      My point was, any minute you spend fretting about a machine not pretending to behave humanely with you, or reporting them for not pretending to behave humanely, is a minute of your life you’ll never get back.

      Just assume your application was rejected after x weeks - depending on your field of work - and move on with your life. Companies will never be humane.

        I guess? But imagine if enough people took a couple minutes to post about how organization XYZ sucks, and (because the stock markets are irrational vibes based) that caused their stocks to drop a few points. That’s the only thing they care about. I’m willing to put in a few minutes if it might emotionally harm an asshole.
