I had all four of mine removed at once in the hospital, versus two at a time in the dentist’s office. They hadn’t broken the gums yet, which meant they’d have to do more than just pull them.
I did the same. The dental surgeon had giant football player sized hands which freaked me out at the time. I was too dumb to realize he likely used instruments with some reach.

same but mine gave me decending tmj and also bankruptcy :) all and all it was also the best decision to spend all my money on it.
