Meanwhile, you or I could contract the work of a inground pool with mushroom for $150k ($125k pool, $25k mushroom/fountain) if Google is to be believed.

The way government build contracts work, that addition probably cost tax payers millions. Meanwhile, you or I could contract the work of a inground pool with mushroom for $150k ($125k pool, $25k mushroom/fountain) if Google is to be believed.
It could be done for a lot less than that, especially if you go with a splash pad version instead of a pool.
