It honestly sounds like such a huge hassle to try give that money back. The amount of labor required would be huge, you’d need to check every receipt, probably manually. Make sure all of them are legit, aren’t double submitted
Cool. It’s cheap for them to do that because they are selling an extremely overpriced P.O.S. that requires an account to use and becomes e-waste iPhone style if it gets passed around owners and the previous one doesn’t “unlink” it.
Good for them. Are they selling direct to customers though? If yes, they have all the customer and payment details already, so it would be relatively easy?

Yeah, IIRC Panic had the tariffs as a separate line item when buying Playdates, so it seems like they were planning for this from the start.
