Nah cuz ballots are cast secretly. So there’s no way to know who wrote it. Some 100% safe and fine. No worries friend. Just relax. Everything is fine. Shh.
However, it did have Putin’s name on it, so it got counted as a vote for Putin.

Since all ballots have Putin’s name on it, by default, all votes go to Putin.
