Poland was no longer a country at that point. How would you react if I pulled out a list of treaties America signed with Iran? That Amerika forced Iran at gunpoint multiple times? After having its government overthrown to replace with a bloodthirsty monarch in the 50s?

The Soviets only came in after the Nazis invaded Poland and its government was no longer there. Poland was no longer a country at that point.
