Depends on my mood. 95% of the time the ramen on the left is superior, but once in a while you get a hunger which only instant ramen can satisfy.

I love both insta and properly made ramen.
the instant stuff that they have sushi & steak houses is REALLY good – it’s completely indiscernible from the “real” stuff sometimes.
took me a long time to realise what Americans meant by ramen. Especially when they considered it low budget food. Instant noodles are not really ramen

Miso soup also isn’t hard or very time consuming to make. Some of the ingredients can be uncommon depending on where you live, but nothing a local Asian market and/or some online shopping can’t take care of.
