Attorneys for two national law firms have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene in a federal case in Idaho regarding whether emergency room physicians can continue to be shielded from prosecution under the state’s abortion ban.

If the court were to grant the motion, ER doctors in Idaho would again be subject to criminal penalties and loss of medical licenses for performing an abortion unless it qualified under the state exception to save the pregnant patient’s life.

Abortions are health care for women and constitutional per the 14th amendment. The Supreme Court won’t intervene because they’ve already decided not uphold the the right to health care.

    Shitty, despicable clowns.

May their collective cancer on our attempts at a free society be excised like the disgusting parasites that they are, and soon.

Idaho is a shithole, I hate going there and its like a 20 minute drive from my house. The land there is some of the most beautiful but the people… the people…

“In other news, The Library Association has succeeded in outlawing written words. Apologies for the obscured picture, our lines are now delivered through 100% legal smoke signals.” *cough*
