Or ever.

It’s difficult to know when it’s been properly applied. Stick to something that you can be sure is applied properly to exposed areas.

The real “LPT” is always in the comments: Spray your hand and rub it on like regular sunscreen.

Yes, please don’t use it at all if can. Live in Hawaii and it’s awful, truly. And if you MUST use it, please wait the advised 15-20mins for it to sink in before getting into the water! Tourists have destroyed beaches and coral life at Molokini because of this.

People shouldn’t use sunscreen because it’s awful? I’m too white for this advice lol. Are you someone who doesn’t burn easily?

No not at all! Please please please use sunscreen! Protect your skin! It’s just this specific kind of sunscreen - the spray kind - is just not good. Consider a mineral based sunscreen instead of a chemical one going in the ocean 🤙🏾

I mean… You can always spray it very close to the skin or even on your hand and then spread it… It’s not that difficult.

Hello there, and welcome to our community! I hope you like it in here.

Could you please include some body text as to why should people know this, and how would that help them? It’s our second rule. Thank you :)
