There’s also the opposite problem, when you can’t sleep because you don’t want to fast forward to all the bullshit you’ll have to get back to tomorrow.

I envy people who can sleep to avoid things. My body’s response to stress is to deprive me of sleep until I fix things. It gets dicey when those things are outside of my control.

God I hope it’s at least numbed tomorrow. I’m struggling tonight with keeping my self alive
