Intel secures $3.25B Israeli gov’t grant to build $25B chip fab in Israel amid ongoing tensions::Intel to build a $25 billion fab in Israel, set to get $3.25 billion in government grants.
Glad I bought AMD
I’m not in the market for a new computer but will definitely avoid Intel.
Even if Intel wasn’t morally bankrupt, I still wouldn’t buy them cause their CPUs have terrible performance/price, terrible performance/watt and are plagued with tons of security issues. The only reason Intel is still able to sell them is because they bribe manufacturers to exclusively use Intel and because the average person doesn’t know any better.
Ah yes, information from 3+ years ago right here.
Gamers Nexus just released a review of Intel’s brand new 14th gen CPUs. You might wanna check that out Greg before loosing an entire paycheck on a bad bet. (That’s a reference to the video)
The overclocked 13th gen chips? Yeah, not worth it. That being said, the gap between Intel 13th gen and Ryzen 7xxx chips is very situational.

Intel being plagued with massive hardware exploits? Check.
Intel having terrible performance per watt? Check.
Intel bribing manufacturers to exclusively use Intel? Check.
Intel cooperating with a genocidal fascist regime? Check.
Yeah, I don’t recommend AMD and Apple Silicon because I’m an AMD or Apple fan but because Intel is the most god awful option available.
I’ll have you know I’ve never purchased a better space heater in my life!
ISRAEL DOES NOT NEED MORE AID.
ongoing ethnic cleansing, possible genocide
It’s easy to boycott companies sometimes, but what about your own government sending aid and weapons to a genocidal regime. As an American, I feel very hopeless.
Not alone, my country sells oil to your country which help maintain their military power using it to kill civilians.
But if I learned something, boycotting does hurt. They hate it so much they call ot anti-semtisim.
So fuck intel.
Free market ftw rite?
