    Heat and moving the air out of the way (lowering the pressure) would make it stronger. Those are two of the three building blocks of a hurricane. The third being moisture.

        You could maybe try nuking around it, kinda trying to implode it by blasting air towards the center. This would increase the pressure instead of lowering it. tbf I have no clue what would happen. lol
