O think he should get the same sentence as a regular person which is 3-5 years I think. I don’t like that law, but since President Biden is such an anti-gun proponent, his son should have the same sentences as an unconnected person.
I also think Trump should get the same sentences as a regular person too. Trump should be in Jail for at least a year so far with all his courtroom shenanigans. His lack of contempt charges alone should be at a year in County lockup.
And yes, he should be tried for Treason for the Classified Documents case. Passing around secret documents is a firing squad or hanging offense. The Rosenbergs had to pay the price, Donald Trump shouldn’t get a pass.
