Why are the responses to all these questions happening in Discord rather than the official Sync Lemmy channel? 🤔

Discord is a closed garden, it’s awful for things like this.
Discord is great for things like this. For simple questions, Discord is better than reddit or Lemmy.
I can’t google and find the answer to these simple questions. Discord is inherently worse than an open forum for that reason. It shouldn’t be used for Support or updates at all.
Because it’s the official Discord, and it’s been around far longer than Sync for Lemmy? What kind of question is that even?
