    Well it was a big boom.

    My understanding was that the fertilizer shipment has been sitting for quite a while, and that almost everyone involved or potentially responsible was trying to make it some one else’s problem.

    It’s a tough thing, corrupt nepotistic beauracracy. But its the reality across much of the world if not most. I’m not sure what we do

      They know physically what happened, of course. It’s just tragic that nobody has been held responsible, and honestly, I don’t think anyone ever will be. That country is in really rough shape

        Noone wants to find anyone responsible, because at the next fuckup they could be found responsible in turn. Better to just lay low and never rock the boat.
