  • The UN has more athority over Lebenon, than Isreal. Note Hezbula is not a terrorist as they clame but a legitimate party in Lebinan and following lebenise law.

I also want to point out that the UN was there for the spupervised demiliterization of Hezbula with the assistence of Lebenon, the same reason Isreal is claiming to be attacking… also isreal did do an indiscriminant bombing on civilian centers so I would be a little quiet as your contry is quite literaly being the very open baddy in this situation

If you read the report from CNN Hezbulah takes credit for attacks in the area, however does not take credit for the one the article is talking about.

I do not see the reasoning for a military group to take credit for attacks in an area but not this one if it was one they launced. I will be honest my analisis beyond here would be tanted by my own personal bias however.

We are also talking about civilians living in occupied territory that even the UN has said is illegal and ought to be returned, agian I would like to refer you to the international law that allowes for asymetiric warfare in causes of national liberation.

the diffrence being that Missles are valid military tactics esepcialy when sent to military targets, and as far as I am aware that is what Hezbula is doing, as for palistine, as an opressed group fighting for freedom the UN has a seperate set of rules of war they are permitted to engage in, does that make it asymetical, yes but that is how the internaltional law is written (and you dont need to agree with me editorializing of palistine for the seperate rules of war that they use kick in)

Isreal sent in bombs with no way of discriminating civilian and military targets, and knew said individuals would bring it into civlilan centers, the fact they did that in a way where it entered civilian centers, with no military objective is also a war crime.

we also can be pretty sure that this shipment was not all going to Hezbula and it can be reasonably assumed others in lebenon where effected, though I will admit this part is me thinking outloud with no evidence to back it up yet

  • Except they have done genuine studies on this, and the will of the american people has no effect on laws passed in the states or the federal government. I wish I was making this up but I am not, I will not go so far as to say a vote means absolutly nothing in total terms, but in figuritive terms it is meaningless, and there are studies to prove this.

Second, You do not know anything about me or what I do or what I hold dear. That being said, I am higly unlikely to be lower or at the very least significatly lower on the kill list than any of them, I also do very much cair about them, I also refuse to give my vote at gun point to someone who has done none of what they promised other than “No change” to doners. A man who happily broke a labor strike, a man who is aiding with no qualms and bending over backwards to protect a genoicede. No they do not get my vote. Especialy when the "threat: on the other side has no material difrence.

I mean, intersting that you assume my dreams are to immulate a fictional charicter, they are not, and I can tell you I am well aware that the revolution 1 is not a “wet dream” that is just… disgusting eww… and 2 is not anywhere close, the amount of class contiousness needed is not anywhere near where it needs to be… there are also people like you who seem to think the idea of a revolution is cilly and psycopathic, and all you have to to is vote… dispite the studies showing that the vote does not matter at the best of times, and this is not that.

If you want to know who my Hero I would want to Imulate is that would be John Brown leading a Ritchous Revolution, or Castro, or Mao, or Lennin. but no I would not think about playing out some fictional charicter

  • It has an nation observer seat at the UN, was a nation as a “mandate” after WW1 and the ICJ did make a ruling saying that Genocide was being committed there that the US passed a law threatening Palistine from recognizing.

On top of this most of the world recognized palistine as a country only 55 of the 193 (194 if we are counting the Holy Sea/Vatican City) do not recognize palistine. I would call that International recognition if 139 members of the UN Recognize Palestine.

So I really do not get what you are trying to say here, because it is not even techincaly correct, the International Court of Justice, United Nations General Assembly, International Red Cross Cressent and Crystal have all said it is a vioilation of international law.

This is before I start listing the individual counts of them violating just the geneva conventions, that apply to a signitory when they they fight any war reguardless of if the other side is recognized or a signitory. and agian Palistine is internationaly recognized
