Carney has always spoken like this when dealing with chaotic situations. He did when he led the Bank of Canada during the '08 financial crisis and again during Brexit when he led the Bank of England.
He doesn’t lie or use platitudes when speaking on important issues … which is why Canadians are hopeful we can survive the current maelstrom.
I have to wonder just how many serial killers are on ICE payroll, 'cause what an easy way to find victims.

Did you fail to read the part that says the child is autistic and 2025 was a rough year for him? And that he was recommended for special help because he’d started showing early signs of violent behaviour?

My grandparents had a typical crop farm with a few chickens and one hog/one steer per year (to slaughter in fall for meat), and a milk cow. I used to love visiting them and watching grandpa give the cats a few shots of milk.
