Das geht Sie gar nichts an!

My first thought was YT-DLP, but they don’t seem to support Spotify. Spotify-dlp claims it can do this, but I’ve never tried it. Be careful, maybe run it in a sandbox first.
Alternatively you can go the old-school route with Soulseek. It’s a classic peer-to-peer client for sharing files. Lots of music there, but it being peer-to-peer means you will only find files that are being shared right at that moment. So your search results can look completely different every day. Also, Soulseek automatically shares the folder it saves your files to. So make sure you point it at an empty folder for your downloads.

Still waiting for the full release before buying/playing it. I tend to burn myself out on Early Access games before they are finished, never returning for 1.0.

Why I hate console gaming: The limitations of consoles regarding the graphics and available buttons carry over to PC. Weapon wheels are a good example of that. Especially around the 2010s, when consoles were in the focus of the publishers, PC versions often felt like badly ported console games, including graphical and gameplay downgrades that weren’t necessary at all.
Why I hate mobile gaming: Microtransactions and the manipulation of the player that comes with them. They slowly crept into so many games. Sure, mobile gaming didn’t invent them, but it perfected them. Now even 70€ titles have a cosmetics store and a season pass on day one.
Why I hate PC gaming: The elitism, how awfully expensive building a PC got and the worst one: Cheaters. Cheaters that not only destroy the fun of other PC players, but of console players too with the advent of cross-platform multiplayer. It shames me that console players automatically turn off cross-platform, because they are afraid of PC cheaters.
You mean this guy?

Lots of musicians share their music for “Name your price” on Bandcamp and 0 Dollars is an option.

There are labels similar to that. Dingleberry Records for example. They finance records out of their own pocket, often together with other labels, and then produce and sell LPs and CDs for non profit. Records don’t go public domain though, as far as I know.
Cloverpit Has a demo
The Coin Game Has no demo

Fair, maybe this time it’ll stick.

I think you might enjoy Trepang2. It is heavily inspired by the combat in F.E.A.R., has unlockables and arena modes for some replayability. There is a demo and a sale on GOG.

There is a demo out on Steam, if anyone wants to try it.
Edit: So, I played the demo. Takes about 30 minutes. The game has a lot of charm, but that much was clear from the trailer. The gameplay is… basic. There is a map on which missions pop up. You choose the hero to send there, based on their skills. You get some hacking minigames and every now and then you can choose what your character says or does in a cutscene.
If I had to critique something else besides the basic gameplay, it’s the lack of feedback after a mission. You get a voice line and a little graph that shows how well your chosen hero’s skills matched the requirements of the mission. Also some missions were clearly meant to be done by one specific hero, but if they are on cooldown or already busy elsewhere you have to send someone else. Made me feel like I did something wrong. I think the game will be its strongest after you have already played it once. Knowing who to send where and being aware of character specific missions. But at the same time, a lot of the charm of the game will be gone by the second time you play it, since you already saw most of the very well done cutscenes.

Hell yeah! Chapter 1 was fantastic. One of the best boomer shooters out there. A must play for anyone who enjoyed “Blood” back in the days.

Sounds more melancholic to mean than neutral, but maybe that’s subjective. I don’t know of any specific album that sounds like this though, besides more slow piano music.
Maybe try some atmospheric music. You will find tons of it on Youtube and elsewhere. Some faster, some slower. Most of it is pretty neutral.

I don’t really understand what you are looking for. Can you give an example?
Regarding the “Trying to prepare in advance” part. Download a complete SNES Rom collection from archive.org and an installer for SNES9x. The collections are around 1GB and include hundreds of games. Lots of them with Co-Op or two player modes.

You should see a doctor.

“Nope, sandy desert. All of it. Barely livable. Even hostile, some would say!”

True, how could I forget. They should whip some faith into me!
Take a look at the Cisco CCNA.
