And after looking into it, we find that the Soviets never really achieved communism in anything but name. Once again, like the feudal state they rebelled against before, it was rule by dictatorship, and rations for the people. They just couldn’t give up the idea of a strongman. The people by no means ever owned the means of production in the USSR. Of course, we can never confirm that communism is inherently untenable from their example. The capitalist nations were no help at all, and forced the Soviets to waste resources on a strong military. But even despite their failings, communism was still the best thing to ever happen to Russia. Unfortunately, Russia was also the worst thing that ever happened to communism.

And it doesn’t make communism sound scary at all, but rather mysterious, alluring, and worth checking out.

Because the students are already at school. Their financial aid is locked in. It ain’t so easy switching colleges.

No, this is clearly laziness on his part. He has all the time and money needed to get a decent haircut, eat well, and do a little exercise, but simply doesn’t. He has no real obligations to get in the way. His ugliness is nothing but compounding character flaws.

And after all, he’s the one claiming his girlfriend was initially attracted by his physical beauty, not his money.

Maybe gatekeeping is a poor method to encourage beginners in your hobby? Perhaps it might be better to encourage them simply to avoid the worst quality cheapos. It’s nearly always better to learn on equipment that isn’t garbage. It cuts down on waste, and at least you can sell it if the hobby doesn’t work out.

Russia should get realistic and just wave the white flag already. But Ukraine is not without mercy. They understand if there is no more white cloth in Russia. White cloths stained brown, yellow, and red are still acceptable for surrender.
