I kinda love Miles as a character, so I’d be totally okay with Peter taking more of a mentor/backseat role in the comics and let Miles be the Spider-Man (it’s also confusing to have two different characters with the exact same title in the same universe and all).

That way, for big events or whatever, you could bring Peter back and it’d be like this “oh shit” moment when the OG shows up to kick ass.

I can’t remember off the top of my head, but I’m sure it wasn’t long ago. I laugh pretty easily at a lot of different things, like ironic situations or bugs/glitches that look silly.

Meanwhile here in the US, states are legalizing sports betting as fast as they fucking can. I think Missouri tried to add an extra tax to bets and say that the extra would go to “education.”

I’m not excited to learn the truth about that shit show.

Don’t forget the thousands of mods, too. And like the other reply said about server/game world settings before you start playing, there are mods that add even more settings to tweak, or they make gameplay smoother (or harder), or they add new things like weapons and vehicles. There are even entire new maps to add to play in.

It’s very doable solo, but it’s kind of a slog if you want to do anything significant in a playthrough, plus it can get very lonely and isolating.

I’m one of the ones who doesn’t give a shit about that. On my PC I use windows, and my phone is android.

This is the reality everyone on Lemmy, and even reddit, needs to face. We’re a minority of a minority of people. All the people who glaze and go nonstop about Linux? That’s not even half of Lemmy users, and you can find someone like that in just about every thread on Lemmy, regardless of context.

We’re such a miniscule group of people we probably wouldn’t even register on studies about social behavior.

I’d just like to respond with my opinion: hell fucking no. The movies make their insides look absolutely disgusting, like they’re all intestines and no meat. You couldn’t pay me enough to try a taste of any piece of one of those things.

That’s actually insane. I used to live in San Diego and aside from some live-fire exercises on base that you might hear from a distance, there has never been anything like this done before.

Also, the fact that they shut down the 5 right by Pendleton is also pretty insane imo.

It’s been talked about online ever since it first came out, because people love it. I personally think it’s one of the best DLC for any game I’ve ever played.

I really feel like corporations are policing people’s lives nowadays, what with Nintendo being shitty to everyone, CoD not letting you talk about certain other games in-game, YouTube and other social media companies censoring any goddamn word that has even the slightest negative connotations (kill, suicide, pedophile, etc.}

Like the world just feels so infantilized and people can’t actually be people anymore, like we all need to be told what to do.

And in the end, I think it could all be explained with the rise of fascism literally everywhere right now. This world and existence fuckin sucks.
