First shot across the bow at taking guns away from Trump/MAGA dissenters and political opponents. They start with a group they don’t think will incite too many, particularly the generally pro-2A Americans. Next it’ll be gays, then anyone with any connection to antifa, then just Democrats in general.

The left has its voices, but I don’t know many left-leaning people who hang on every word of media personalities. It seems less cult-ish.
