Living expenses > income. It’s not complicated math. You can’t save when you don’t have enough to live and already putting off things like car repairs, health care, hair cuts, buying clothes…

I’m in my 50s with no savings. It isn’t lifestyle or marketing driven though. I just have had very few years where we had any extra. Also three teenagers and the price of food is killing me, cost of cars too. It’s just surviving that’s gutting me.

There’s actually no mandate for non-Jewish people people to be circumcised in Christianity. It’s specifically made clear that it isn’t a requirement for “gentiles” in the new testament. But I have a great circumcised cock and I have no complaints. I’m still curious what it would be like naturally though.

I use Google for maps and I’m still using their email for one account but I hate it. Duckduckgo’s maps are way less useful. I know they’re tracking my every move. I want to normalize leaving my cell phone at home at this point.

Right authoritarianism is fascism, that’s the definition. But left authoritarianism is a very, very real thing. And many people who claim to be libertarian leftists still want authorities to enforce their ideals. Back when I used to shitpost on Reddit political compass memes a couple years ago we used to call them watermelons - green on the outside but red on the inside. There are anarchist leftists for sure, I’m not saying it’s everybody. Those people are mostly pretty cool to me but authoritarian neolibs can eat a bag of dicks.

Yeah when you’re that tired you have to utilize alarms to keep yourself from oversleeping into the wrong time. If I was up all night and I know I’m going to fall asleep at some point I set an alarm for every 2 or 3 hours so I can still be awake after and be ready to go to sleep at the next appropriate “bedtime”.

I should have been more specific and/or not assumed people wouldn’t take me quite so literally. Just staying up until the following time you need to go to bed will do it. Or catch a power nap but don’t let yourself have a good long sleep until you can do it at an appropriate time. Within a couple of days you’ll be ready to sleep at the right time.

I have stayed up a little over 72 hours once, I do not recommend. I slept a little over 24 hours straight at the end of it. But I got an A- on that term paper.

This is why I sleep with something over my eyes many nights. Working rotating shifts, I have to be able to disregard daylight and darkness patterns.

I’ve been detained and unlawfully searched dozens of times but the worst offenders are cops in major cities. 95% of my terrible cop experiences were in Democrat run cities. Authoritarianism runs strong on the left.

We need to start putting the death penalty on the table for criminally negligent officers.
