For most voters, unfortunately, this means doing this now. We already have processes in place to manage voter roles, and they work. The Republican party is only interested in killing the process. What are large, wealthy countries trying to do in these instances? Win hearts and minds? Set a country up for success? Give them tools for self determination? No, it always seems to be for exploitation.
