To add to this- playback also continues with the screen off too. So ya, ff mobile with those extensions is basically yt premium XD
Some kinda weird Honeypot?
The gist of it is because there’s some key features most don’t have. This way they can offer something that’s guaranteed to have it. I can’t recall the exact details as it’s from a recent Jeff g video I watched.
Edit: found the video https://youtu.be/JpDprtmSVtU?si=5l4KG4CFwM2lU49c
Oh I remember those days. Having to find an extracted windows driver and using ndiswrapper to patch it in.
If it’s any consolation, and maybe just luck, but I almost have better luck with hardware not with windows.
Usually at that scale you create images with all this crap removed. When deployment time comes, the machines are reimaged from local/state IT.
I feel bad for the average home user that, at this point views more ads than content, and all this telemetry collection to boot.
When a bank gives you cookies, ya find a new bank.
I don’t get the down votes. Did y’all forget about sleep? No one vividly dreams every night all night long. Often it’s the fade to black going to sleep then the sudden awakening.
Doesn’t it currently only support like one or two games? I have a grandfathered premium account. It’s a must for me for the few games I used to mod. Not to mention all the other mod utilities that outright don’t work. Things the community has built. Not mad at them for not making another version of their apps.
Maybe one solution is for most games to have some kind of built in mod support? Bg3 basically did it. CP77 also kinda tried.
laughs in pi-hole blocking in-app ads
You can also setup local comms network for them and the bands they can operate in have better structural penetration vs most WiFi/cellular?
It also gives them a singular, simple device that won’t be confused for personal notifications like a smart phone.
Not everything needs to be bleeding edge. We still use forks and spoons cuz they just work.
I’ve been team red for a very long time. I’ve never thought of them as top of the line. CPU has shifted, but I’ve got no delusions about the GPU side. My 7800xt is great. Handles everything I need it for. I don’t care about Ray tracing. And I know its not comparable to most of the 40xx offerings.
I get that, forgot to mention that clicking the back button very very fast is what usually works for me.
Regardless, it’s annoying af
My ~230$ android phone has 120hz screen and very similar features. However, I had to turn the refresh rate back to 60 cuz it was chewing through battery. (5kma)
Not sure about that site specifically, but others that’s done it to me was easy to get around. Most of them are thwarted with basically double clicking the back button.
Yandex used to be really great. idk bout now though.
So, once times?
