Doesn’t that casualty count include any and all injured IIRC and not just deaths, meaning that some could be counted twice/thrice on enemy side (not like they can keep track of that) whereas not necessarily counted multiple times in their own end depending on how they define a casualty of a single person (injured multiple times)
Sadly it’s not, and navigating around it takes a little bit of getting used to (trying to close a video for example is a somewhat counter intuitive). But I’ll take it over adds in youtube. I mean you could argue that since these aren’t some intercontinental missiles, whatever is in their range, should be considered close?
Alternatively you could say, anything that can hit Kharkiv is fair game which opens it up a bit and not limiting the launchers to be “near” Kharkiv to retaliate.
