minus-square@UllallullooAlink7•4 months agoWhile true, this is just a New York Supreme Court decision. He can still appeal to the Appellate Division then to the New York Court of Appeals. I can’t imagine he’ll get it turned over, but there’s a chance the amount might be lowered or something.
