it says on paper that I can’t sue disney even if they end up killing me…I never read that agreement and I never enthusiastically agreed to it. Who would ever agree to give up their rights like that? Not me. I never agreed to do that, and it should be illegal for something like that to be in the ToS of anything
I didn’t enthusiastically agree to anything…and I certainly wasn’t informed about anything related to any promise before hand either
No EULA either, the terms of this are shaky at best
