What have y’all been playing?
I’m currently not totally sure what to play. I finished what remains of Edith finch, and pretty much every short game on my backlog is now done. Everything left is a decent size. I’m between Chrono trigger, finishing/starting over Majora’s mask, disco Elysium, and nier Automata!
I played a ton of Cyberpunk 2077. I’ve done a lot of side missions, a bunch of the main missions and then started the DLC, when the game pointed me in that direction. The game still has many bugs and glitches, but they are pretty minor. The DLC seems to be worse than the main game, although even then it’s minor stuff.
Nothing 😭
I finished a couple of games last week, SotN and Sayonara: Wild Hearts.
I’m currently back on DOS2 and I quite enjoy the slow pace of the game.
I might also attempt another playthrough of Bloodborne.Trying to finish Trails of Cold Steel II.
My opinion hasn’t really changed on it from last time, it still drags and most of the game feels like padding, the characters are uninteresting and the combat is a downgrade from the older games. The tone of the writing also really doesn’t fit the setting and that bothers me a lot.
As with CS1, the bond system feels unnecessary and it’s not really used for character growth (which would have probably been fine if they were interesting in the main story). I’m still playing only because I really liked the previous games, otherwise I’d have dropped them early into CS1.
Borrowed Nine Sols and tried it for a few hours. It seems quite good, I really enjoy the art and parrying feels really satisfying.
Doing my second play-through of Stalker 2. Really enjoying the game (140 total hours), but it does still have quite a few bugs. Most of the bugs are minor, but a few have been pretty serious.
I’ve been playing the remaster of Front Mission 1st, mostly. I also found out I had Life is Strange 2, so I’m trying that one.
I’m between Chrono Trigger and New Vegas, but I’m leaning towards New Vegas.

Avowed is still going strong! Loving it! :)
I’m currently playing Final Fantasy 16, about 3 hours in. So far, so good.
Once (finally) my new monitor arrives, I’ll re-start with couple of games that I had to put down due to monitor giving me trouble (white lines, lagging and such);
- Last of us part 1 remake
- Plague tale requiem
- Hell Blade 2
Just 100%'d MiSide. A really great horror experience without being overly gory or using a bunch of cheap jumpscares, and there’s some fun and silly elements, too.
