The problem with saying a recession is coming with too much certainty is that you can actually cause people to stop spending and trigger the recession itself.
I doubt that a rando like me posting a comment on Lemmy will flip the whole US economy like that :).
I am pretty sure Goldman sachs the economic terrorists have shorted the market and now want to make a recession come true. This black rock and Mckinsey are three companies that I want to see destroyed.
