It’s also why Peter Theil has a bunker in New Zealand. All because there will be areas of climate stability to go with the areas rendered uninhabitable. Russia is likely to be a climate winner. For a time anyway. The super rich will just bounce around the globe between islands of stability. The rest of us will die in the water wars.
