i steered away from pixel after my 5a died, and the new ones have all the AI intensive chips in it, sacrificing its other features just to keep AI on life support. i went with the OP12R instead on the phone market, bought it mint pratically brand new. couldve went for a new one.
Looks kinda sus
Finally, small phones are back! Or possible big hands are back!
An image of Good Ideas facing Google’s own internal obscure bullshit (on the left) and hoping to escape the arbitrary wrath and incompetence of management circa 2025, Pixel 10 can be seen two from the right.
The pixel has been over for years. They hardly do numbers anymore. People have moved on and Google still gonna put out a phone with 2 or 3 year old hardware for flagship price. They have to do stunts like this to get any press at all.
they made a big deal how they moved away high battery life, snapdragon and focused heavily on the shoddy exonys chips for AI? google seriously coping on thier poorly made phones.
My 9 Pro is great, very happy with it. 🤷♂️
every cent and bit of data given to google is your contribution to the big enshittification. but at least youre happy, right?
sadly its the only phone that supports grapheneos for privacy
As if using any other Android phone is any different?
So far, this phone isn’t enshittified, in my opinion. I have no problems with this phone. It’s beautiful, performant enough for what I need it to do, and more. Yes indeed, as long as I’m happy. What, me using this phone directly causes you to be unhappy? Indirectly?
The popularity of pixels seems to be rising dramatically though? They’re at 14% market share as of October 2024, up 10% from September 2024.
Given how Google has treated every other tablet it’s ever made or endorsed, you’re a moron if you buy this

I’ve had a 2nd gen Nexus 7. It was awesome. Back when phones didn’t even come close to that screen size.
Nexus phones were the best
