The only qualification Trump wanted of Hegseth for the job was a willingness to use the American military against American citizens on American soil. Hegseth wrote a book advocating for this.

The courts have to start finding these people in contempt and deputizing people to go enforce those orders on behalf of the court if law enforcement won’t.
