Terrible advice
Everybody knows that, if it’s your birthday cake, it doesn’t have calories.
“I know what I have to do”
"but I don’t know if I have the strength to do it …maybe another slice of birthday cake will give me the energy I need!!!”
That’s the point where you just accept defeat and don’t enter your calories for that day, telling yourself you’ll somehow make up for it by not eating anything for the next 72 hours
No need to make up for it, just continue the deficit normally :) Consistency is what matters, and breaks are totally fine as long as you are moving towards your goal!
