Before the posts about how they are always broken, they aren’t for the public. They are often programmed for the fire departments use only or independent mode. The “normal” operation does not need door open or close buttons.
As an ex bike messenger, I can confirm some close door do indeed work and I knew which ones did and how to get them to work
